Based in Cairns, we are the creators of quality handmade cakes, gateaux and sliced treats.

Pastry Sensations Pty Ltd is owned by Wallace Macdonald, a qualified Pastry Chef and Chocolatier with 25 years of industry experience and co-owner Kathy Macdonald who has over 20 years experience in hospitality and management roles.

Our team are committed to our workplace culture and customer service philosophy and we trust that they will create quality products and provide our customers with the superior service.

We support the community by donating products to many local charities, fundraising events and schools. We have also financially supported our team when participating in fundraising events.
