Pastry Sensations Pty Ltd is owned by Wallace Macdonald, a qualified Pastry Chef and Chocolatier with 25 years of industry experience and co-owner Kathy Macdonald who has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and management roles.
Our wholesale customer base ranges from supplying restaurants and cafes, catering companies, the convention centre, airline food service catering and 4 to 5 star hotels throughout North Queensland

Shelf Life
For optimum shelf life, appearance and flavour, we recommend our products are refrigerated at 5°C for no longer than 2-3 days.
